During the change registration procedure, practically any data or part of the business company can be modified. There are simpler modifications (e.g. headquarters, name, activity, delivery address), there are more complex ones (company sale, change of management, or several of the above together), and there are larger modifications that require separate consultation and work (raising share capital, merger, amalgamation, separation, etc.). It is also true for these amendments that the company documents will be submitted within 24 hours after the signature - after Skype remote identification, from receipt by post. Here, in most cases, a fee of HUF 15,000 and procedural costs of HUF 3,000 are incurred, which must be paid to the state, but this amount is different for more special procedures.

The lawyer's fee for company modifications is HUF 80,000 in simpler cases, HUF 120,000 in more complex modifications, and is different in cases requiring separate consultation (share capital change, merger, separation, etc.).
